Payment is due at the time services are rendered; we do not accept payment plans. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and CareCredit.
For clients over the age of 65, we offer a 5% senior citizen discount.
We provide a $15 multiple pet discount, if you bring in more than one pet at a time for your scheduled wellness appointments.
We accept free exam health certificates from certain local humane societies, as well. Call us to explore this option.
Additionally, you can share your Forest Home Animal Clinic experience via our Care Enough to Share Referral Program, and as a thank you we offer savings possibilities. Our Care Enough to Share Referral Program provides current clients the opportunity to receive gift certificates and new clients the ability to earn credit towards their first veterinary exam appointment. To apply your pet insurance to your bill, we will print an extra copy of your invoice at the end of your appointment which you will mail to your pet insurance provider. We can also provide copies of medical records including doctor's notes and lab-work results if necessary. After your insurance receives the paperwork, you will be reimbursed at a later time. Talk to your specific pet insurance provider for details.
In order to ensure we see everyone in a timely manner, we prefer you schedule an appointment, whether via phone, email, or Pet Portal. For urgent health concerns, we are happy to see your pet in-between appointments. Please know there could be a wait, depending on our appointment schedule. We offer an option for you to drop your pet off in the morning and be seen during the day. A doctor or technician will give you a call during the day to give you an update and schedule a pick up time.
