Dr. Anne Mattson, DVM

Dr. Anne Mattson

Dr. Anne Mattson received her DVM degree from the University of Minnesota in 1986. After graduating, she interned at Rowley Memorial Animal Hospital and went on to complete a combined Master’s degree and small animal medicine residency program at Colorado State University in 1991. She has been a diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Internal Medicine (ACVIM) in the specialty of small animal medicine since 1992. Dr. Mattson was a visiting assistant professor at Oklahoma State University and also worked in private practice.

Currently she is the owner of Veterinary Specialty Practice, a mobile consulting practice in southeastern Wisconsin. She provides consultations, endoscopic evaluations, ultrasounds, and other diagnostic procedures in small animal practices. The ACVIM gave her the “Helping Hands” award in 2002 for showing, through case example, the benefits for veterinary practitioners and animal owners in working with Board-certified specialists.
