Donna R. (Dr. Rieser's Wife) - Hospital Administrator

Donna has been active with the practice since the purchase in 1990. During the first few years she was a receptionist, veterinary assistant, kennel assistant, cleaning service, lawn mower/gardener, and bookkeeper. As new employees were added, her duties lessened. At the present time she holds the position of Hospital Administrator and assists Dr. Rieser with the management of this growing business. She assisted in all aspects of the clinic design with Dr. Rieser and the architect. The interior decorating was done by Donna and is still a work in progress.

Away from the clinic, you could find Donna enjoying family time with her two adult sons, seven dogs, and of course Dr. Rieser. Reading, fishing, and flower gardening are some of the hobbies she tries to find time to enjoy. Donna is a big fan of Badger football and basketball; as well as the Packers, the Brewers, and the Bucks.

Gail P. - Practice Manager

Gail is the Practice Manager here at the clinic. She is a member and past president of the Wisconsin Veterinary Practice Managers Association. She has served as Secretary, President and is currently their Treasurer. She has been in the veterinary field for over 15 years. She has been with us since January 2008.

Gail and her husband Steve are currently owned by four dogs: Spike is an 11-year-old Chihuahua, Indy-Moto is an 9-year-old Chinese Shar-Pei, Duke is an 9-year-old Dachshund, and Franklin is a 2-year-old dachshund/beagle mix.

In their free time, Gail and Steve are involved with the Midwest Dachshund Rescue (MWDR). They are two of the Wisconsin Representatives for the MWDR as well as a foster home for that organization. They are also a foster home for Shar-Pei Savers.
