Peggy D. - Veterinary Assistant

Peggy has been working in the veterinary field since 1987, and became the first full time employee of Forest Home Animal Clinic in 1990. Since her second son was born in 1994, she cut back to working part time, mostly on Saturdays and to fill in when needed.

At home she lives with her husband & 2 sons (one in college, one in High School), 2 German Shorthair Pointers (Sprecher & Dundee), 2 Leopard Geckos (Spots & Stripes), 1 Guinea Pig (Gus), 1 very old Gerbil (Jet), and occasionally her son’s bunny (Lola).

During the school year Peggy teaches 3 and 4 year old preschoolers. She enjoys their spunk, it keeps her young! She also enjoys reading and the outdoors, especially the wildlife in her backyard.

In her spare time, Crystal works on stained glass projects, having spent the past 6 years of her life working with it. She spends a lot of time camping and taking the dogs for walks, weather permitting. Chrystal has been part of the Forest Home Animal Clinic since 2003.
