Memorial Information

Our clinic’s goal is prevention.
Giving our clients peace of mind, when bringing their pets to our clinic, is our top priority.

To minimize your pet’s exposure to the flu virus, coughing pets will be treated in a separate room with its own entrance and air supply.

Treating a sick patient in this manner will lessen our other patient’s exposure to the virus.

Patients that are suspected of having the flu, kennel cough, or any other communicable disease, and their owners, will not be in the reception area.

After the patient has left, this room is then thoroughly cleaned and disinfected.

  • Nail trim or file
  • Ear cleaning
  • Ear hair removal ~ if it applies
  • All grooms can take anywhere from two to four hours to complete!
  • All dogs must have the Rabies Vaccine and the Canine Influenza Vaccine in order to be groomed
  • Dogs who continually try to bite will be muzzled for the safety of your pet and our groomer

Pets of every size, breed, age and coat type need to be groomed regularly. Regular, professional grooming can help prevent problems including excessive shedding, skin and paw disorders and mats. A groomer can also catch other problems that may otherwise go unnoticed.

You can help by brushing your pet's coat once or twice a week (depending on the breed's coat). This will help prevent matting and other coat and skin problems. This makes the groomer's job easier and that means less charges for you!
